PRIZE DRAW RULES

The Promoter is OAMLEC, S.L.U., a Spanish company with registered office in Madrid, 9 Zurbaran Street and tax identification number B88368469.

Beginning date and hour: September 12, 18:00 CEST.

Closing date and hour: September 22, 23:59 CEST.

Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.

Participants have to use the 3 ways for entering on the present prize draw.

The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify a participant if his conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

Winners will receive one of the following prizes:

The 50 winners will be selected at random from all the entries by the Gleam APP on 23 September 2022.

The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

Winners will be notified via Twitter.

Winners shall claim their prizes within 48 hours from the email issuing time.

In the event of a winner refuse a prize and/or in the case that a winner cannot be notified, the Promoter will contact with the next alternate winner, and so on.

By entering, participants will accept each and every of the present rules.

For celebrating this prize draw, the Promoter processes the following persona data of the participants: full name (first name and family name) and email address.

The Promoter process and uses personal data for the purposes of celebrating this prize draw.

The legal bases for the processing of the personal data of the participants are the consent of the participants and the legitimate interest pursued by the Promoter to celebrate this prize draw.

The Promoter will not disclose the personal data of the participants except the publications of the winner full name in the Promoter social networking profiles.

The participant can exercise the right to request from the Promoter access to, rectification, erasure of personal data, restriction of processing concerning personal data, object to the processing as well as the right to data portability and revoke the consent by contacting hello@madlions.com . Additionally, the participant has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Promoter process adequate, relevant, accurate and updated personal data and limited to what is necessary, and will do it in a lawfully, fairly and in a the transparent manner by ensuring an adequate level of protection of the participant personal data (as the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the participant personal data) in such a way that the risk is permanently mitigated through adequate technical and organizational remedial actions.

The Promoter ensures that its personnel engaged in the processing of personal data are informed about its obligation and responsibilities at this regards.

The Promoter will process and maintain i) the participant personal data during the term strictly necessary to this intended purpose and ii) the winner personal data indefinitely except the exercise of the above mentioned rights or the revocation of the consent given.

Prizes are subject to current tax legislation, particularly Personal Income Tax retention (IRPF). If applicable and at the request of The Promoter, Winners must provide, prior the prize reception, the necessary data to issue the corresponding tax certificate. Winners will be the sole responsible for compliance with the tax obligations arising from the prize received.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this prize draw or amend these rules at any time without notice.

The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

This prize draw will be governed by Spanish law and participants in the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
